O ur Cancellation Policy is 14 Days Advance Notice, so please call at least two weeks ahead of the date of your stay if you are not able to keep your Sunshine Coast accommodation reservation.
A full refund of the deposit will be returned with at least 14 days notice of cancellation. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we are unable to secure a replacement booking. We will issue a full refund provided we are able to rent the room(s) to another guest for the entire reserved period. Please note the 14 days notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. 14 days cancellation notice also applies to stays booked with Gift Certificates. ”No Shows’ and unscheduled early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.
All Spa treatments, booked either a la carte or in a package, must be cancelled with no less than 48 hours notice.
Since our Sunshine Coast BC accommodation cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a hotel, we recommend you consider traveler’s insurance to protect your vacation. A cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests who have decided to cancel and the owners of At the Shore B&B. More than likely, we have turned away other guests who would have reserved the room for your dates.
