Our Cancellation Policy is 14 Days Advance Notice, so please call at least two weeks ahead of the date of your stay if you are not able to keep your Sunshine Coast accommodation reservation.
Payment Terms: 50% deposit required to secure dates at time of booking, balance due upon check-in. once deposit is received dates will be blocked on calendar.
Cancellation Policy: full refund is provided within 48 hours of booking. 50%refund is provided up until 14 days prior to arrival date. no refund provided for cancellations within 14 days of arrival dates. *full refund for extenuating circumstances (covid-19 restrictions, natural disaster, medical emergency etc). payment details: e-transfer is our preferred method of payment – please remit all e-transfer payments to: info@attheshore.ca

Since our Sunshine Coast BC accommodation cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a hotel, we recommend you consider traveler’s insurance to protect your vacation. A cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests who have decided to cancel and the owners of At the Shore B&B. More than likely, we have turned away other guests who would have reserved the room for your dates.
